Dell Inspiron E1505 Drivers Base System Device

I have 4 new Dell Inspiron 6400's here at my work, we ordered 4 brand new ones, 2gb of memory and they all had Vista on them, so we have to wipe them and put WindowsXP Pro on them so they have domain support for our company. They are sweet laptops, but the only problem im having is with them now that i have Windows XP installed and all the drivers i found on Dell's site. I have 3 unknown devices that show up in the Device Manager under 'Other devices' They all say Base System Device and i cant figure out what they are and why they have a conflict. The device status says that the device drivers are not installed.
