Udhayanidhi Stalin meets Nayanthara and immediately falls for her beauty. Udhayanidhi Stalin and Santhanam team up to make Nayanthara fall in love with Udhayanidhi Stalin. They go to the Panasonic Showroom but create a scene in front of Nayanthara making her throw them out. Udhayanidhi Stalin follows Nayanthara around. But she threatens to go to the police. Udhayanidhi Stalin finds out about Sundar Ramu's womanizing ways. He informs this to Nayanthara.
But she doesn't believe him. Soon Sundar Ramu makes a move on Nayanthara making her dump him. Nayanthara falls for Udhayanidhi Stalin. They both express their feelings. Bharath Reddy comes to know about this. He throws out Udhayanidhi Stalin for falling in love with his enemy's daughter. His father also throws him out after he comes to know that he lied about going to Salem and was in stead in Coimbatore.
Eventually Santhanam and Udhayanidhi Stalin use mimickry artist Mayilsami's help and finally solves the dispute between Bharath Reddy and Jayaprakash. Udhayanidhi Stalin eventually patches up with his father. He takes his permission and eventually marries Nayanthara.
