Hi Debra, Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft community. I understand that to play some DVD's ordered from NetFlix the Interactual Media player is needed. You wish to know if it is safe to download and use this software. Let me know if this understanding is incorrect. Unfortunately we will be not able to help you on this as the product is a third party.
